RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy.
Order confidently from us, knowing you may return any products within 28 days of receipt for a FULL REFUND of the amount paid for the product or exchange if you wish as long as those products are unwashed, unworn (except for the purposes of trying on) and with the original tags attached. We always aim to process RETURNS AND REFUNDS as quickly as possible within 5 working days of our receipt however, it can take slightly longer during busier periods.
We are not able to offer exchanges on orders where PayPal was used as a payment method. Please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order.
If you wish to exchange an item for another size or colour, return it to us within 28 days of delivery and we will send you the replacement item free of any additional delivery charges. We can only exchange an item for an alternative size or colour. If you would like to exchange for a different item, please send us an email or contact our Customer Service Team.
We do not offer free returns, except in special circumstances and when it clearly the website or marketing offer states "free returns".
RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS
We will happily offer you an exchange or refund on sale items returned within 14 days of receipt. Customers returning sale items are responsible for any postage charges incurred. 
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE, IT'S SIMPLE
BY POST
  • Complete the Returns Form attached to your invoice. 
  • Place the completed form, along with your items, in the re-sealable mailing bag. This is important as it allows us to identify your order when it arrives with us. 
  • Keep the invoice as your own record. 
  • Affix the pre-print return address label to the front of your parcel and take it to your nearest Post Office. 
  • Please obtain proof of postage for insurance purposes.
PLEASE TRACK YOUR RETURN
It is the customer responsibility to make sure the returns reach our premises safely, we recommend return it with tracking service, as we may ask for the tracking number prior processing a refund. Our address for returns is: Moor London, 30 Sutton Road, WD17 2QF.
